Best kept secrets never last long. That the case with Henry, bassist of Chemnitz‘ Dark Punk stalwarts L‘APPEL DU VIDE. In 2020 he recorded and produced the „Digital Sex“- EP of his solo-project TOOTH PAINT – all by himself. „I was on a steady diet of BRAINIAC and Nelly Furtado then“, he laughs. In a blink of an eye he cranked out five tasty Synthpunk-bangers – raw, catchy and sophisticated. Released digitally and as an super limited 10“ - lathe cut record it‘s just too good to be lost in obscurity. Now this secret gem is avaiable again as a high quality cassette tape on It‘s Eleven Records.
